Could a 7 foot 300 lbs of pure muscle MMA fighter bring down a plane?

Ok so here are the rules of the game:

- Plane is already on cruise altitude. 

- The MMA fighter is by far the hugest and most well trained guy in the airplane. 

- He is in berserk mode so pain is nothing to him and nothing is stopping him by sheer force.
