Around over half a year ago I started adding onions to my diet and it felt fucking amazing, like orgasm, but in my mouth. I need to limit how many onions I eat because Id blow up like a balloon if I had unrestricted access to them.
A few days ago I got some unpasteurised sauerkraut and it tastes even 10x better.

It adds like a taste of sourness into the food that just plays so well with the rest of my palate.
