Abandoned by father in hurricane lala

My father is in a safer part of the island, but despite the eye approaching and running into my father yesterday at the grocery store

He said I cannot go to be with them at their house with my brother.

I am scared and I want to be with my sibling.

I am genuinely terrified and I am now in the hurricane shelter

Someone got hit with a tree branch.

An albezia tree fell right in front of me on the road, making of difficult to receive supplies.

The flooding outside is real bad and the ground has become wet in here because they didn't close the upper windows.

When I went outside I could hear someone screaming.

We have received rations.

Sleeping on the wet cement floor is impossible.

People are crying.

I did have a brief mental delusion which took me outside but I recovered.

I do not have my medication. So there is that. I haven't had it since retreating to the shelter yesterday.

We keep losing power but regaining it

And I didn't have reception for hours.

I keep having delusions that my former teacher caused this hurricane.

As I sit here I just heard something very heavy loud and hard make impact with the roof.

Time check.

3 hours.

The winds are dying down, and it looks as though you'll be in the shelter for 10 hours or less. Or about 8AM.

- Intensity: Category 1 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 75 mph (120 km/h) and gusts approaching 90 mph.

Not too bad. Category 4 is serious.

- Alerts: A Hurricane Warning remains active for Hawaii Island (Big Island). Tropical Storm Warnings and a statewide Flood Watch are in effect for Maui County, Oahu, Kauai, and Niihau

73% of Hawaii is without power right now. You're probably not even here right now and we might not see you for awhile.

I have a streamer talking to Hawaiians. Chat said trees are ripping, they are freaking out, yet that guy somehow has internet access. Could be using Starlink.

The eye passed, Delora is getting rocked again.

The yellow at the end of the path, the very last one. That's Wednesday.

Looks like there's another one to the right, it's trajectory is subject to change.

I'd be thrilled, we got grazed maybe 15-16 years ago and it dissolved. Hurricanes fizzle off when they reach land, they can only exist on top of water. But that doesn't happen when the land is smaller than the storm.

Live footage doesn't seem too bad. I see lights, and the trees look still at the moment. Maybe the eye is much bigger than the satellite view.
