My reply: 

That is certainly a matter that should be brought before the HOA board. Three years is a significant period of time, although unfortunately incarceration does not necessarily guarantee permanent compliance with neighborhood standards upon release.

I would recommend documenting any prior disturbances and maintaining a detailed record of any future incidents. We take neighborhood stability very seriously.

I will add this to the agenda for our next meeting.

In the meantime, the reason why we requested the owners cut down the trees was because it ruined they ruined the aesthetic of the neighborhood and created a public disturbance.

I think the trees u are referring to are not the trees that I'm referring to. These were in my yard, and not visible except from my house and the (redacted ) house they were separating us from, belonging to the (redacted ) family. Thank u that the HOA will address the matter of the future return of Mr. (Redacted)

My reply to her reply: 

As for the trees, I will make a note that they were located within your property and were primarily visible from your residence and the (redacted ) property. This distinction may become relevant during the board's investigation.

What happens when she realizes the person she is corresponding with is a fiction?
