To GPT, Was Med Defrauded by Chapo?

I don't think the fact that Med gave Chapo money establishes that she was defrauded. From what you've described, she repeatedly initiated contact and payments herself, had her own expectations about what the money might lead to, and continued giving even though she knew Chapo might not meet those expectations. She also seemed willing to accept relatively little interaction as long as she could maintain some sense of connection with him.

If Chapo actually made a specific false representation to get the money, then that's different. But Chapo not fulfilling something Med hoped the money would accomplish isn't automatically a false pretense if he never promised that outcome.

Screenshots could be evidence of what was said, but they don't establish the full context by themselves, that they weren't altered, what Chapo intended when he said something, or that Med paid because of a knowingly false representation. With years-long gaps and Med frequently being the one initiating, there's even more reason to distinguish her expectations from promises Chapo actually made.

And when Med says she could "play the diagnosed angle," that makes me think the diagnosis is being considered as a way to strengthen the accusation rather than as evidence that establishes what happened. A diagnosis could be relevant to vulnerability, but it doesn't establish that Chapo deceived her.

So I don't see enough here to conclude that Chapo defrauded her. At most, there could be an unhealthy or exploitative dynamic between two people with very different expectations. That's not the same thing as establishing fraud.

The most interesting thing Med said today, is that Chapo called her.

Med is also on a bit of a rampage, and somehow assuming me into her revenge scheme against that guy so she's no longer welcome to sit by my foot.

No more piggy backs. No more hugs and kisses, when there's a puddle no more laying my coat down. When my knee is cold I'll just use an electric blanket. When the first drop of milk drips from her nipple, I will not celebrate, nor will I purchase any.

I don't think (notice the phrasing that I didn't say "I know") Med is interested in getting pregnant even if it was by Chapo, which is the only thing I liked about her.

Can you stop speaking for me. I never said I don’t want to ever be pregnant. Enough is enough.

I guess it's just Chapo that doesn't want it from you yet or at all depending on how he feels about it? Maybe you'll notice the question mark instead of falsely assuming I'm speaking for you yet again. Actually I'm allowed to say what I want. I was just basing that on the fact that from what I know you haven't had kids with him so far despite intercourse multiple times and I only said "I think," not "I know she doesn't want them."

What a family with Chapo and Med will look like.

Triplets. Med's belly would be so swole, it would be like she has a large beach ball under her dress. She's little and the belly would be so large she'd have difficulty standing, In person it's like being in the presence of Jabba. She would need to be transported with a reclined wheelchair on those last days of pregnancy.

At the hospital Chapo will watch Med shit herself for hours. pushing those kids out. 3 girls, so Chapo will want to try again.

By the time the kids are 7 years old, Chapo will come home and 4 little people all the same size will surround him, "daddy daddy" he will give them hugs and kisses, and one of them he will pick up and start making out with. That one is Med.

Med's belly gets swole again. Bigger than last time. This time she has quints. 4 girls. They look exactly like the first 3.

The quints reach the age of 7. Family portrait. Chapo is a tower. The triplets in their mid teens also tower over their Mother and this time, the quints at the age of 7 also surpassed Med in height.

Chapo needs a boy to carry on the genes with his name ! And he's been tryinintrying but Med won't do it !

I mean, none of those children consented to being born, and I'm not sure what the point of creating them is supposed to be beyond reproducing for its own sake. They would eventually die while being exposed to whatever suffering and uncertainty exists during their lives. Climate change, regional water stress, rising costs, housing problems, employment conditions, and wealth inequality aren't necessarily civilization-ending, but they're also not imaginary future problems. And even if Med is wealthy, that doesn't make uninterrupted inheritance or lifelong financial security inevitable, especially when wealth can be spent, lost, divided, or otherwise fail to provide the insulation you're assuming. Chapo doesn't seem particularly wealthy either. More importantly, financial security wouldn't eliminate mortality, suffering, or the fact that the person being created cannot consent to any of it. So I don't see why reproduction should be treated as inherently desirable, especially when it's not even clear that either of them actually wants children.

And what exactly are these hypothetical children supposed to do if they end up poor? If they can't afford food or housing, would you actually accept them stealing to survive, or would you condemn that too and expect them to beg or otherwise endure the consequences themselves? If the latter, then you're advocating creating people who have to bear the costs of circumstances they never chose, while simultaneously judging them for how they respond to those circumstances. “They'll figure it out” isn't an argument for why they should be created in the first place.

It's beyond your believe, but we did sign up for this life. To get amnesia and Experience being human and grow.

When we go home we're not the same.

You're here, cause you thought it was worth it.

You don't believe, and that's fine. I would say your soul had to experience being a little bitch and you just might be reincarnated, who knows. You are what they call a young soul. The type that has a long way to go.

That's an unfalsifiable premise. You assume we existed before birth, chose this life, were given amnesia, and may reincarnate, then use our existence as evidence that we previously chose it. Calling me a “little bitch” or “young soul” doesn't establish any of that; those are just insults and assumptions presented as facts. I interpret samsara materially rather than metaphysically. Reproduction perpetuates the cycle by creating new organisms that experience pleasure, suffering, attachment, and eventually death. By not reproducing, I've stopped deliberately creating another human participant in that cycle. My matter will still enter other biological processes after death, and I may have incidentally contributed matter to other forms of life during my existence, but that's different from deliberately creating another human whose own existence can lead to further reproduction, consumption of other organisms, and participation in systems that produce exploitation or suffering. I don't need literal reincarnation to see biological reproduction as a continuation of samsara.

We've had this discussion before, and you brought it up yet again.

Have you forgotten ? Or do you remember and forgotten who you're dealing with ?
