It looks like one of those places where the food has a generic home made taste, unlike other fast food places where the product has a signatures taste.
I know where it is. Not too far. It reminds me of that guy from Deathnote.
Their 80/20 burgers and the way they fry it to seal the juices make it pretty good. They only press it after they flip it.
Doubt its the same here. The Canadian site for 5guys doesn't even show any images.
I doubt they'd change it. Maybe they use frozen but I don't see why they'd change the cooking process or type of meat.

The price for it is absurd now, don't bother.
You could make it yourself. Use about 3.5 to 3.7 oz (100 to 105 g) of 80/20 ground beef per patty. Loosely form it into a ball, flatten it to roughly 4 inches wide, and place it on a very hot griddle or skillet. Cook the first side until browned, flip it, then press it firmly and evenly once so it makes full contact with the cooking surface. Do not keep pressing afterward, since repeated pressing squeezes out more fat and moisture.

Wendy. Ronald. Sanders, BK All fast food chains here have it. It's nothing special.
For a time we never had it, then in the 90's it blew up. Says it was here since the 50's but in Quebec only then it spread across Canada in the 80's and 90's and they call it a national dish. Fries gravey and cheese. Done.
