Physical reality is here for sure. I think it's more than JUST physical. That we are all sparks of the ONE God (everything manifest and unmanifest). That somehow our thoughts and beliefs CAN somewhat *manifest* things. Words have power.

I do have another more backed physics video on time. This one is more about theories. This next video is more legit. The point of the videos is not to say "This is fact". It's to ponder!

I think thoughts and beliefs are better understood as physical patterns in the brain. Neurons fire, neurotransmitters alter activity, memories and expectations shape attention, and that affects what a person notices and does.

So beliefs can change outcomes indirectly through behavior, persistence, speech, and decision-making. But that is different from thoughts leaving the brain and directly “manifesting” external events. The physical mechanism is the nervous system changing the organism’s actions, not consciousness reshaping reality by itself.

Maybe perfect is just one way to describe him. It's subjective what we'd call perfection. Maybe God would ponder if they believe themselves perfect by becoming matter and learning to measure itself.

The universe observing itself. God learning itself.

The video overstates what Poincaré recurrence actually says. It assumes that finite energy means a finite number of arrangements, that the system must pass through every possible state, and that collisions somehow become increasingly energetic. None of that automatically follows. Recurrence only applies under restrictive ideal conditions and usually means returning arbitrarily close to an earlier state, not exactly rebuilding an apple.

Even if an apple-like arrangement appeared, it would not preserve or resurrect the original apple in any meaningful sense. Brains, memories, identities, and useful objects depend on specific physical organization maintained by energy flow. Once that organization breaks down, the matter may remain or be rearranged, but the original structure is gone.

None of this implies oneness or God either. Matter evolving under physical laws does not become a shared consciousness simply because similar arrangements might recur. That spiritual conclusion is being added to the physics, not demonstrated by it.
