Because I had an abusive father growing up

Irritated, angry, cold, frustrated, irritable, yelling older men scared me. They still do. When you used to yell- it made me feel like I was about to be hit. Or punched. Or beaten. And that was really scary for me.

In my culture we get whooped as children, then we grow up making jokes about it.

Of course there's cases where a beating is questionable. But it still drives away foolishness from a child when foolery is the reasoning.

.

Don't know the man personally. Threaten you with violence sure. He obviously saw that was enough punishment for whatever reason set him off.

And if he was an abusive asshole. I say this sincerity. It's not time to be weak-sauce about it. If you can agree with this, then you will, get this, allow healing.

I mean honestly me too because it's weird to see fragile people so opinionated.

I could 'kick their ass', but wow they must really feel something to tell me off like that. The only sensible answer is to apologize, or walk past if it's something -ist.

How often does it work out that way though?

Speaking as a masochist, they rarely give me what I want. They're all fucking cowards short of being given permission.

And as a result of the stockholm syndrome you argue future people need the same treatment, ignorant of your own damages just as those who hurt you were themselves.

'The Cycle Of Violence'.

I saw more than enough people rebel against law and cops because someone hit them as their parent.

The first authority in your life is your family, and many respond less than favorably to being struck. They carry that damage to adulthood and enough of them hate cops and shit because they represent 'daddy' or whatever.

Do you even know how many drug dealers were hit by their parents? I can't quote an official stat but it keeps proving true when I buy drugs.

Oh right. I'm supposed to cry and be all fucked up about it for life.

I'm glad about getting beat. Punishment and consequence of action is wise.

Today, it's easy to see who grew up with bad discipline.

There's a difference between correction and abuse.

Abuse is when a parent is hostile to a child for no good reason. No lessons learned.

Children who got beat for no reason, know it's wrong. The ones beat for a good reason, know why.

Boy gives his sister an uppercut. Father steps in and breaks his sons ass.

What's the boy gonna say at any given time in his life ? He slapped up his little sister and Dad slayed him ?

What's disgusting is a patent raising a nightmare, then they grow up entitled. Maybe they're popular, but one day they'll realise they won't always have a crowd backing them and their foolery.

A lot of them are Fatherless, like many criminals.

.

You can complain all you want. My message to Delora and how she should handle her Father.... Is good mental health.

Not that there are 'normal spankings', but there is definitely room to gauge escalation.

Being wrong is part of how he gets his supply, but to be fair he's more your crowd than mine.

He likely sees it as challenging people over them being perceived as mistaken, rather than some sort of infamy cope like many we've otherwise seen here.

In one hand sure, it's self righteous at points bordering on sadism versus demographics, but there are also people like him who otherwise are less concerned with being right and more focused on 'trolling the libs'.
