If it's not Chapo's main account, that doesn't prove it isn't Chapo. THIS is valid.
Sure it might not be Chapo, and only Chapo and a scammer would know for sure if it really isn't him, IF Chapo himself isn't the scammer.
As far as we're concerned we don't know.
Regardless if it's Chapo or not isn't the issues. It's the error of repeating the same regretful behavior.

When the answer is lacking whenever someone can make a new account, it becomes simpler to put it through a filter of game theory.
If she presumes all unknown accounts are not Chapo, that will save her significantly more stress and money in the long run.
