My track history has been a lot of conditional situations that didn't pan out since being single, it is what it is. I would call it a self-inflicted issue because I am not demonstrating the confidence I ought to, there are plenty who are available and open to trying something even if it'd fail, but I am not doing it myself. It's easy to find someone, but it's hard to make it work if what they are looking for is a different archetype. I've had to be 'that person' when their attempt to appeal to me wasn't to my tastes, much like everyone else does, but naturally I reflect more on when I was like 'but that's not what I want' in spite of being lonely over how it feels like my idea of 'a future' just turned down drugs. 

Then there's those who reject me, which makes sense when they see me episodic and suddenly question the person they once felt close to. 😭

Honestly, I think it's Delora, as she likes to address you as a she. Sometimes she calls you sis lol, but honestly you'd be good for one another. You enable one another, and you'd put up with her shit, and calm her down when she's freaking out. Her parents wouldn't like you cause they're Jewish and any parent would want their daughter to marry a successful man, but at least you'll pass as a man in their presence and Delora would have less things to worry about in that department. 

She and I both mean well but we confuse the shit out of eachother. 🤷‍♀️

lol so far every time I met 'the parents' it was about how I'm too femme for their daughter. My ex-fiance's mother who was Floridian was holding out for a cowboy, she has no idea what her daughter finds attractive. 

My experience with meeting parents varied. 

One would chase me away cause she never wanted her daughters to hang around boys. Though one time she let her daughters have a halloween party and we were invited. lol It was like being in the beast's  den.

Another one was Chinese, so of course her parents never liked me. Amazingly I've been in her house while they were there. 

Next one parents loved me.

Last one. Parents were okay with me. Its cool. This is later in life in adulthood and they watched their daughter get ran through, so I was just another one. 

Then I have lady friends their families loved me.

As for my parents. They never really gave a shit who I dated. The first time I brought my first GF home at 17,  my Mother gave us privacy and sent my friends away when they showed up at the door. She legit wanted to be a Grandmother and was all for me getting laid.

My Father never gave a shit who we brought home, though I don't think he appreciated us bringing home cute girls.

Though there is 1 girl my Mother never liked. And its the crazy one. 

One day I was going to visit my Mother and the crazy one asked if she can tag along. I said sure. We go over there, and my Mother says what she says to all the girls I bring "What is your name ? Oh, you're very pretty".

Day went fine, but my Mother later told me "When I saw her I felt scared, her skin is white like a ghost She'll kill you". So it's not like I ever had parents chase off partners, but this time my Mother was probably onto something lol.
