I do think it's worth noting the activity within the administration itself, and the various loyalists there.  Some interesting firings, and I'm not referring to Doge.  There are claims that the first of Trump's terms was reined in by sane individuals within the administration at that time, then his second term rolls in and he comes in with a wrecking ball to clear that obstacle, then seat a bunch of clearly unqualified and (to put it charitably) questionable people which have also then been shown to be incompetent (as anyone might have expected).  Perhaps one might allege any of those people as meant to be Straw Men to be discarded when they've performed their duty as meat shields and shiny objects.  ...A whole rabbit hole there, of course.  (And don't argue with me about there never being such a thing as "half a hole".  Sure, holes are always whole.  Who cares?)

But it might be a worthwhile thermometer to check if you're more ...enthusiastic content-creating supporters start not being so supportive, attention might start turning the other ways you don't want them to.

What's more exasperating is that TWO CITIZENS WERE SHOT AND LIED ABOUT ALREADY.  One of them was also turned into a direct Fuck You to the Second Amendment-ers.

Now if people like Alex Jones and Nick Fuentes are jumping ship, it might really be the canary in the coal mine finally dying.  The worse news is that we're probably already terminally poisoned, which was what the previous red flags were meant to warn us about.  This is more like an ad for a life insurance company reminding us to take the time to make their Will and get their affairs in order.  (Not quite as pessimistic as a funeral home advertisement or something, maybe.)
