o Jog in place and commit to Aerobics and Pilates when watching Youtube videos instead of just sitting there.
o Two walks a day, instead of one.
o Do more socially, make mistakes and get messy even.
o Dedicate a day out of the month, if not every two weeks, to do something outside the norm.
o Manage my diet better; Pay attention to more than just calories, spread the meals out more throughout the day, lower intake of sugar, bread, and dairy.
