Hooking up with Luna is damn near impossible, but possible if certain conditions are met.

There will come a point where getting closer is called for, and that's when you get your first episode of stonewalling for a seemingly unknown reason. It will piss you off or shatter your heart into a million pieces. What it actually is, it's her defenses guarding her, cause closeness = suffering. Ironically that process alone will transform you into someone she'll love. DO NOT chase her, ever. It'll disgust her.
After weeks months or years Luna will contact you and carry on as if nothing happened. She'll also make the call about something you can help her with. Mind you all of this paragraph will most likely happen via text and it could happen if you let Luna know you got a girlfriend. Let her know you're supposed to be mad, and text a little while longer to finish it up, but also include you'll only be messing with people who don't disrespect you. Also do it nice and soft and with kindness.
The next time Luna contacts you it'll be via text, and it'll be a breadcrumb. A question that you've heard many times. A question that can be googled but she decided to ask you. If you reply all happy, you'll validate her and once again it'll be seen that it's okay for her to keep you in the same cycle, so don't respond with joy, but don't respond at all.
If you made it to this point, years has gone by but you are the one. You'll be the guy Luna compares the others to if she even talks to other guys. She always denied her feelings even to herself, but something is changing in her. That her way of maintaining your surface level relationship has lead to pain, as it really seems to her she lost someone of value. She'll start to understand the value she took for granted.
