That sounds quite embarrassing and painful, I'm sure we've all been there to some degree.

It's an opportunity to look this thing in the eye and accept that it happened. Your reaction to this is what's going to define how you relate to it going forward. 

What would you say you'd have done differently if given the chance, or how would you adapt for your next presentation? 

on a final note seeing as you're suffering (for what it's worth) nobody cares even close as much as you yourself about this event... likely people don't remember or judge you a bit, some may even feel compassion, but in the end you have all the chances to rebuild from this. Picture someone else making this mistake, would you judge them harshly or mock them?

I wouldn't give a presentation about how to give a presentation because as it turns out I'm shit at presenting lol. But if Id have to, Id tell a story about my shitty last presentation at the beginning as a reminder to them what happens when you give a shitty presentation, and as a target to avoid.

 I'm sure you just need more practice, you can get good at it. It's not about the presenting but how you relate to being 'shit' at it. Go out there and be a shit presenter

That angle mostly works if you're really okay with what happened. Don't relive the embarrassment in public lol
