I heard this a while back as a joke over signs of getting or feeling older. I didn't used to do it but I'm noticing I do it a lot more now.

No. It's irritating, but not as infuriating as vocal fry or teeth/lip smacking.

Usually I let out a sigh of relief or frustration for either one depending on the mood of the room
