Step aside, Elon! There's a new saviour in town. What will the cost of relocation to the stars be for each human, and will puppies be allowed onboard? Will you step aside once humanity reaches the stars, or will you continue to lead the new community to even greater heights of harmony/transcendence?
One hurdle no one really thinks about is the gut microbiome. We have a symbiotic relationship with our skin, gut and mouth microbiome. The Earth and it's microbes replenish.
We would have to figure out how to bring them with us into space.

we can solve this with group naked yogurt bath orgies
basicly by having big orgies in baths of yorgurt, we let the microbiomes from our boddy swim freely and colonize eachother

The grass will always be greener here on Earth.
Mars looks like an adventure, but in reality it would suck ass. Living in underground tunnels, having to wear a space suit to go outdoors.
People born on Mars will curse their parents when they watch Youtube delivered by signals from Earth, and they'll fantasize about going to Earth and make it their life goal to move to a place where even it's deserts are more welcoming.
Space is even worse.
