I decided I'm gonna eat no meat on the first and last week of the month. It's not a strict rule but I did manage to go days without meat already and I never made anything with meat on those days.

Congratulations this is a great step
But otherwise eating meat every day is not very healthy..
but it’s true in many cultures meat is a daily staple. Many older generations but also it seeps through to the younger people
I eat meat very rarely but if I do it’s in a restaurant. Otherwise lots of fatty fish or tuna, and chicken for the protein - although that also comes with ethical considerations…
As long as you keep up the minimum required calories and watch your intake of nutrients, there's a lot of room for flexibility in a diet.
I've mostly stopped going for meat as often because of the price of it. That, and it's a ton of sodium when you buy it from the store rather than a farmer's market, and that shit is even more expensive.
