I'll add assimptions to my conclusions.
Luna is adopted so if her and Michael were banging it would be fine by me.
Luna has an avoidant attachment style, which means people can't get too close to her, or else she'll push them away. Even if it's someone she's attracted to.
Avoidants are comfortable at arms length, if they think someone is hooked on them they'll make use of that person for whatever way they might be of service, then lay them next to the other options. Her friends are just called friends but not really, are likely all guys and they don't know one another.
Michael basically built everything and paid for it, while Luna took the role of director and owner. Michael also doesn't give a shit about anyone or what the site was supposed to be, and even SC members knew not to cross him. He was there for Luna.
Michael Prey, certainly loves Luna Prey. That can be platonic too. Maybe slightly more.
He along with that family turned an orphan into a princess, and he went hard. The alias alone is some form of bond.
