Dogs have a therapeutic effect. I wonder if my late French bulldog was at the same cognitive level as I was. He used to bark at his own reflection in the mirror. Maybe it was some intricate ploy to make it look like he wasnt that intelligent.
talking to a therapist is essentially... accepting the possiblity that they might be mentally capable of understanding you.... which requires them to be on the same level cognitively as you
AND... you have to be dumb enough... that you cannot analyze and address your own issues through retroflection .. becasue if you could, you would not feel you need a therapist
therapy is for dumb people
Smarter than you at least, they actually have a degree.
