i get it from many various methods both physical and spiritual and chemical and that could be a game or attention or me wasting time or eating food or what ever else i can come up with sometimes it involes burning things as a last resort

 Even feeding fish as a kid

i got dopamine from it

despite i was told it keeps killing the fish(nan was not cleaning the tank properly of shit)

i kept feeding the fish(dopamine+they looked hungry)

ritalin doesn’t work it only promotes me to want to rebel against the drug and not use it
