It's ridiculous to convict someone based on what they talked about online. However, I think it is a very good idea to make these people undergo a psychological test. If you see a random madman on the streets raving about how he ate someone, I think cops should pick him up. I see nothing different if this is online. Serious mental illness has signs before it manifests in an irreparable way, and waiting for it to manifest is not worth the chance.

Again, I am talking about people who display seriously deranged ideas for a long time. There are mental health workers who are trained to assess mental status in these cases. I see nothing wrong with this. A lot of those people need help anyway. Again, severely mentally deranged people end up in mental institutions based on how they behave and what they say all the time, without actually commiting the crimes. This would be nothing new.

I don't think you low IQ maggots realize that he was a special case since he had a position of authority as a cop. 

Someone who enforces the law, must be accountable twice more than anyone else, they are supposed to mirror what we desire for an organized and disciplined society, and definitely we do not want a cannibal carrying a gun and arresting people.
