Asperger's has a different neurological pattern than high functioning autism. It's a different disorder, but the people writing the DSM don't give a shit. Or even know what's going on. The diagnostic criteria for many disorders is so flawed.
ASPD and psychopathy is diagnosed by criminality because the faggot who wrote it worked in jails. Most people with these conditions have not even gone to jail, look at the research of Adrian Raine. It should be called low arousal syndrome but that's another story.
Anyways it just pisses me off sometimes how wrong the medical coding is. Asperger's is 100% a real and distinct thing. Yet doctors can't get anything right and they're playing with peoples' lives
Doctors almost killed me once, I had a withdrawal seizure years ago, and I was taken to the hospital. The nurses accused me of being on drugs, despite getting my blood and urine. I could barely understand what was going on because I was so disoriented. They discharged me "accidental overdose" (not true), and I had to go to another hospital because I knew something was wrong.
Point is, you can barely trust a doctor in a fucking hospital, let alone these faggots playing abstract games in the DSM. There are good doctors, but many are just cognitively incapable of getting on top of reality. Thus why Turncoat could never find a good therapist
