I've seen positive results from Exposure Therapy trials.
That being said that energy will typically still need to find somewhere else to go.
No one's unique so much as specific. There's tons of specificity, but each of those things have common ties to others just like it.
Get over the 'uniqueness' cope and you'll find something far more existential.
This is actually untrue. I don't want to sound like some generic faggot and say every individual is unique in some way. But it's true. Every person has something unique to them. Even if it's minor. Every person in some way is different from the next. I think you're missing the point. No one man looks completely identical. Even identical twins still have distinctive features that can make them separable. Each individual has something called an identity and an identity is based from that person unique experience in life. No life form is the exact same as eachother. Even if they have similarities sure. Some people might even have near identical life experiences but it would still differ why? Because their will always be varying dynamics, different times and places it happened and different thoughts emotions and life contexts in how it played out. So no one person can ever truly be the same. Each individual is unique and their is no such thing as someone being the same as another person. People can be very similar sure even to the point where people might say their the same but yet no life can be completely identical nobody can live the same life another person live. Sure they can live it very similarly nearly identical but it can never be 100% identical. So each person is unique and therefor your information is completely false.
What's existential exactly? Describe to me your idea of something that is existential turncoat I'd love to hear it. What could it possibly be broaden the horizons for all those that might read this thread.
It's just recombinations of the same shit with room to specify little things like where and when they were born or who they were born to. Some might make a name for themselves, but that's more of a unique outcome rather than a unique person with at most room to lean in on how much of a min/max they were for the time they came to be.
In the majority of cases the quirks just feel nice to look at. You're glorifying specificity, and that's fine it's pretty awesome, but it's not unique really.

The idea that everything is connected is otherwise the point.
See you’re all a bunch of crazy people
I don't think anyone disagreed.
Mental hospitals: hospitals in our minds.
No physical ones with free food and free housing for the homeless
