 I don't think he can be rehabilitated, he's just the type of vermin that only extermination will get rid of.

His odd pedo behavior does at points resemble a Feeder-Gainer relationship, albeit with drugs instead of food... 

Gainers are very clear victims, but Feeders... are some blend of dom and social sadism with a disgust fetish and/or elation at seeing someone's satiation expressions.
