i cant make her happy. i cant. she was a runt so shes scared of other piggies, so when i tried introducing her to other pigs she started screaming and biting. i try to keep her clean and clean her cage and feed her treats and let her run around the room after i get it ready for her and give her chew toys and change her water regularly and brush her fur with a special brush and scratch her behind the ears, but im still failing because she still dosnt seem happy. maybe i should buy her more toys?

i know the solution, i will make her a tiny garden yard and plant celery and beets and carrots in it with grass and hay seeds so she can graze like they do in the wild! this will bring her joy

Guinea pigs may fight to establish dominance but will usually figure it out themselves. get another guinea pig or take it back and get an animal that can be more comfortable as a solo pet

Sc is pretty boring.

I'm sorry I came off sounding harsh probably, I was relating more to the guinea pig than I was to you as I am prone to do with all animal stories. I've cussed out best friends over poor animal treatment from the animal itself effectively being a captive to the people's mistakes. Someone's got to stand up for the animals, as they sure as shit can't stand up for themselves, and oftentimes it takes SHOCKING the person into better animal care so that they won't just default onto older habits.

If this doesn't work out, you ought to see if there's anyone who'd be willing to raise her instead who's had prior experience with this sort of thing.

Yeah, this is shown in birds as "The Pecking Order", and is comically demonstrated in a Thanksgiving special on Bob's Burgers:

DISCLAIMER: I am not claiming that you should be establishing dominance in a similar way, just that "pecking order" is something that usually needs to be established in most same-animal hierarchies. It's even the same for people.

How long have you had her for?

Animals can have anxiety, just like humans. Do a google search and see if they make calming chews for guinea pigs or if feliway is safe. Google says CBD oil is safe for them, but I'd ask a vet. Is she afraid of all animals or just fellow guinea pigs?
