I've been tracking my weight for 8 months now

So I've always been thin without any effort mostly because I'm pretty active. I've been about 100 lbs since I was like 17, but over this last summer a family member got a part time job at a grocery store and kept bringing home free baked-goods and leaving them on the table.... which I would often eat when I was hungry because it's conveinant

but then she lost her job so stopped getting baked goods, which is honestly for the best lol

over the last few months I've been avoiding food. I don't have abs but I enjoy seeing my ribs and just generally not looking like a fat slob.

I've mostly been eating boring food such as hot dogs, and avoiding fast food, good tasting food, or sugary food

I still drink energy drinks though... I'm sure if I stopped drinking them I could get even thinner... my caffein addiction is an issue for another day tho

but actually I think I have to stop losing weight or people are going to start thinking im anorexic... so now I have to start running or w.e so I can have some tone and add some muscle so that I can continue to lose fat without losing wegiht

I was actually feeling a little creepy thinking about that rib cage. lol

puppygirl, don't eat hot dogs. Eat whole unprocess foods like beef, pork or chicken.
