There's all sorts of hardware wallets, but really you can buy a cheap smartphone and use the AirGap Knox, open source software, to turn it into an offline environment to put your Bitcoin. I used to shill for expensive coldcards until I heard about this software.

You mean the Jade wallet? I don't remember why I turned away my attention from it but yeah it's actually better than I gave it credit for now that I think about it again.
