the premise is that these are all homeless/drug addicts which get a roof & drugs in exchange for being 24/7 stream content (aka getting abused). as i write this they are splitting objects on some guy's head
the person who runs everything shows up every now and then. he is the type you would expect to be running an operation like this, and for those who have been there for a long time, it can apparently be difficult to leave as telling this guy that you want to leave might not be sufficient. apparently this has been running for 6 years
