Why would you ever weld a chair that has torn upholstery on it? Who wants to fix such a thing? Or relax on something that is worn and used, like some kind of grimy slop. Is it worth welding, if buying an entirely new version would only cost about $75? Whoever did this is clearly insane.
I would zoom around on it like a ride til it broke and I would be going "WEEEEEEEEEE!" the entire time
