 I feel isolated

ANGRY ALL THE TIME I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN

I need to control something I need to find something I can control. Maybe I will control my emotions. I will think of something precious. My sisters and my precious baby niece/nephew. Their precious mother 

I am really afraid for her, that she will miscarry. I will never say it out loud. I do NOT want ANYONE to experience this pain especially my sister in law. I have to work to protect her at all costs. to protect her from my fate

 That’s how I feel about my toddler and I messed up by putting her in daycare. Now all there is is therapy and hope and prayer to undue the damage. Pray, it will help.
