On the other aspects: right there with you. What's in those bags? Just moving in to the new place? Throw out the trash? I'm not going to comment on your physical appearance or anything. Diet, exercise. You've demonstrated this before. I think you've done this before, and can do it again, if you wanted. But I would want to promote a positive mindset and body feeling, you know?
