Was thinking hang around a secluded area of a cliff with the right type of gloves and just push a random person off the cliff. I figure getting enough evidence to even charge a silent person would be hard if able to flee the scene. Anything short of a confession would leave the prosecution with a very hard case to prosecute properly.
