Behold, for this is pure drivel. Let it slide and watch it puddle.
Discovering my intrinsic value was one of the first and most important things i had to do in the beginning of my recovery
What'd you conclude that your value was with this discovery?
It’s hard to explain but it’s just an innate value you find and it’s just there at your core?
I don't think this is universal to everyone, or at least the value itself has a startlingly large range (to the point of one's core being worse than one's external).
Sometimes it's what's on the outside instead of the inside that keeps someone going.
Here is something of value: it was originally thought that everyone with blue eyes was a descendant of a single ancestor because the subjects sampled from Denmark and Turkey all had the same blue eye coding allel.
More research has been done since 2008, and 3 blue eye coding allels have been found. 1 found almost exclusively in people of European heritage, and the other 2 found world wide. This leads to a more modern belief that people with blue eyes are actually a descendant of 1 of 3 people who spontaneously mutated blue eyes. One most recently in Europe, and the other two much further back in the timeline of the species, likely before or around the time humans started leaving the african continent.
Blue eye allels do exist in Africa and southern Asia, they are just very rare because darker colored irises would have been an evolutionary advantage in that area which receives more direct sunlight year round.

Okay, you've now made me laugh twice. You seem to be adapting.
