If it's passing through their pee, then either:
a) It's not being absorbed at the same levels as other people through natural production.
b) It's producing to such an excess that it's passing out said excess that the body doesn't use.
The idea definitely fits how I've described past psychedelic use anyway, I've said episodes in the past have felt like the drug but with less self control.
