Bill Clinton sponsored Boris Yeltsin's second election campaign. he also used his influence with the Europeans to get Russia included in G7 in order to raise Yeltsin's ratings. If he had not done this, Yeltsin would have lost and would not have left Putin as his successor. indirectly, it was Bill Clinton who brought Putin to power. In addition, this bastard influenced the Ukrainians to give up their nuclear weapons, which they got after the collapse of the USSR. There would have been no war in Ukraine and Crimea would have been Ukrainian if Ukrainians had not renounced nuclear weapons.

Yeah the de-nuking stuff sucks for maintaining the independence and competition of countries. I think the superpowers hardly care if the country that gets disarmed is then conquered by another superpower because they would prefer that over that country having its own immutable independence. NK is pretty much the nightmare scenario for all superpower countries because it means that they lose control and have another competitor instead of just a few compatible rivals.

I think they studied something there, but not in order to infect ducks and mosquitoes with anti-Russian viruses. This is some kind of nonsense of Russian propaganda.

I think they were studying viruses there. It is better to build such laboratories outside your country. that's why they choose Ukraine, Georgia and other countries.

The USA organized a similar laboratory in Georgia before Ukraine. nothing bad happened. if I were an American virologist, I would also create laboratories in foreign countries.
