Umbreon: 4 snarls to 1st foul play, 7 to second foul play.
Azumarill: 5 bubbles to ice beam, 6 bubbles to play rough (11 to second play rough) 7 to hydro pump
You kinda just learn the more you play, but sometimes it’s pretty hard to keep track of.
