Who will Med's wealth go to when she dies? I don't think she will be dying anytime soon, but one day ~60 years from now after her mother is gone and she has no remaining immediate family.

Realisticly med will never marry or have kids. This isn't about Med not being compatible, she's incapable of meeting someone new because she only lives in the past. All of her time and attention goes to trying to change the minds of men who already know they do not want her.
