Why is there nothing less than a day?
She is going pretty strong on the whole "I don't like him" thing right now.
It could be her trying to play hard to get or something, poorly. If Chapo needed money again you know she'd come forth.

There are many variables at play. She'll give in the second he addresses her personally, or of anything interesting happens involving him. (Legal trouble, health issue, etc)
Yeah, it seems fairly unanimous that it's a strategy and that it will change soon as Chapo makes any appearances.
