Says who? I've never heard of there being a song count tradition like that for albums.

I'm not, I'm asking who established that as the canon.
Even googling it shows different figures, claiming around five to twelve songs with some exceptions from single song albums and the like. I haven't found a place that was like "It's 13, definitely 13", which has me wondering your source.

Arguably, any work of art isn't to be constrained by these categories, unless you're looking more for monetization or other factors...

She's been vocal about it in the Discord too, she is trying to join a music forum on reddit but is completely out of her depths.
She thinks piracy is what's stopping her from having meaningful discussions with them.
