So, as someone with extremely strong emotions and a difficult time processing them, it can be very difficult to overcome these feelings. 

I am currently trying to learn breathing exercises and learning to walk away. 

For me, it can at times be incredibly difficult to hold back, as my emotions can be so strong that even as I am trying to hold them back they still drive me to tears. 

However, I think that mastering the art of overcoming emotions can be incredibly useful once complete. 

It is important to remember that not everyone is the same and not shame myself for experiencing stronger feelings at times than others, but rather focusing on managing what I have instead of focusing on having a disadvantage as that can be discouraging. 

I hope that in time, I can be a rational, reasonable, and successful young woman who has undergone a strong an reliable transformation.
