It's actually genuinely embarrassing and is why usually after I spam I disappear for a bit or try to act like nothing happened depending on some factors

 It makes me uncomfortable too so I get it. 

I will try not to say sorry or thank anymore with you cus I understand that so instead I will say "I am regretful for my actions" and "I appreciate what you have done"
