Mostly due to those who believe the law does not apply to them. Haven’t they read the Terms of Service? The webmaster has himself created a boilerplate legal “kitchen sink” which he believe exempts him from legal suit, but in a jam would likely not grant him amnesty. Now includes libel.

1) If Med loses this website, she loses one of her easiest pathways towards Chapo. She'd be shooting herself in the foot far more than anyone else here. 

2) The following is not libel:
