I believe that we must herald SC's death as a system restore point. We're freed from the constraints of participating in the global online community so let's accept our place in a decaying internet.

Link rot is nothing to be ashamed of, many domains have it and after all it's not the size of the community that matters, but the friends we made along the way. 

So for everyone reading this: Let us celebrate the zombification of our forum and enter into heat death together.

things haven't been good. Topics and activity should be the main reason for logging in, yet those are now secondary to the potential that SC once held. However, potential can't always stay unfulfilled.
