Instead of wasting money on psychiatrists, I decided anyone who tells you money isn’t it, is a fool. I’m going to buy a house. My father was fiscally smart; my mother is fiscally stoopid. My psychiatrist is laughing all the way to the bank most likely. Ah well. My mother’s financial advisor was telling her to buy outright for me, but not in my prime location. 

I can do better still. But in the meantime, 

 My father put a lot of stock in education for high earning power, true but how many can  I still can but would it make sense
