I know about that. It is sold by street venders and they suck them. They are given for a small sum of dollars in a little box. They do not eat them though, as they spit them out. Rocks can be kept or then thrown away.
Paying money to suck rocks though.
I could see this working as a protest food so that people could throw the rocks maybe, but this seems... odd to me.
