I find that everything weighs around Christian culture. Morality and sin aren't real, but rationality and bad habits are. So you get a lot of people that partake in "counter culture" like drugs and satanism. Really these people feed the same the values.
Once outside of America, how much does that remain true?
I would have no idea even if I visited. Christian and even American culture is influential so it might be partially true although it seems there is less of the extravegence in other nations.
