when you observe someone's behavior or something as weird/strange, are you usually feeling curious and open to understanding and learning more about it, or are you usually feeling skeptical and wanting understanding and safety and security and trust ? or some of both ? weirdness seems to relate to "surprise/that which is unfamiliar" in my opinion
and on the topic of paying attention to/attending directly to needs as a strategy for obtaining well-being (which includes a variety of needs such as physical health physical safety, and nurturance, and mental health and mental safety/self-trust/self-worth/self-esteem, living in alignment with your values and so on), what comes up for you ?
I personally am just starting to become open to paying attention to my own needs, and also hopefully equally other people's needs on a regular basis, and yeah up until this point I was learning and self-educating and now I am desiring to put it all into practice and umm, yeah it feels a little vulnerable but my experience so far is that paying attention to and attending to needs is actually a lot safer and a lot closer to secure/assured than many other psychological/mental strategies for obtaining genuine well-being out there
do you have any opinions/ concerns and soo on on this topic ?
