Russian Diplomate assaults Ukrainian diplomat by ripping a flag out the latter's hands. Ukraine diplomat responds by hitting the Russian several times as he struggles for the flag back. It clearly falls in the Ukrainian's favor in several possible ways, the Russian stole his item, the Ukrainian agreed to the mutualistic fight, or even could be considered self defense from the Russian's assault.
Although some of the comments are dismaying, in which people justify violence for social reasons and not for good reasons. It just shows how violent and apish people think and why it's important to keep a camera recording on you just in case a violent ape like Chapo tries to assault you over prideful reasons.
