Want to get back into this discussion. Why is it illegal for a felon to own a firearm when the 2nd amendment is:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

with all these shootings happening sometimes I feel it’s not fair or smart.
