Tipping culture

How much do you tip? I know in America it is a must. Here in Germany we tip when we go out to eat for example. Some people don't which is kinda okay. 

I tip my haircutter (It is 18 Euro and I will give 20), and the delivery driver guys I will tip 2 Euro when they bring me my food.

 Depends on how well they did their job and their attitude.

barber like 40% everyone else at least 20% unless like fast food, then typically $1-2 or more.
